Re-connect with yourself and your sisters.
Grab your girlfriends and come join us for Whole Women Link!

Seminar Description:
With stressful demands, depleted energy, and hormonal imbalances as the common profile of the modern woman, it’s time we look to a whole person approach to healing rather than segmenting ourselves. While there are many perspectives and approaches to healing, we have found that interweaving the best practices of mental health, physical healing, and spiritual healing is the key to our clients finding greater, lasting wholeness.

Whole Women Link: Fillings and Feelings

Many sayings clump how we fill ourselves up with some sort of correlation to our feelings:

"You are what you eat."

"You can tell a person's character by the way they spend their time."

Taking a look at these activities of eating and how we spend our time may help us get to know ourselves a little better. What are we filling up on? We may be surprised. It may help us see that we're doing well balancing in some breaks in the day or that we can give ourselves permission to do so.

Surveying our activities may also help us identify how we're feeling. If we're doing more scrolling than we'd like, then perhaps it shows we're bored. Just by seeing how we're trying to fill up may allow us a chance to change our feelings. What do we want to feel? If we're tired of boredom and want to feel more passion and purpose, then identifying and changing the way we fill up may jumpstart us to a more authentic and enjoyable place.

Let's link up and identify how we're spending our time and support one another in making the shift to living full-filling!

Whole Women Link

Dr. Crystal Nix began this group because she recognized the need for a community in which women can bond within and heal together as we strive to rise to our full stature. In order to fulfill the measure of our creation, we must find balance in heart, mind, body, and soul. As we each rise, our wholeness has a ripple effect on our family which links our schools, jobs, and communities to healthier and happier measures. We will support one another in monthly meetings covering the following types of topics:

Nutrition          Hormonal Balance       Mindfulness

Elevating Energy    Managing Stress   Intentional Living

To start the New Year, we will be discussing "Resolutions that Start with Why". If you haven't seen Simon Sinek's ted talk on starting with your why, it's a must see that you'll want to watch before we meet up: https://www.ted.com/talks/simon_sinek_how_great_leaders_inspire_action

I'm excited to start this year with support, vibrance, and connection with you!
